I got this for my wife (5'8, about 155lbs) in a large. Here is what she says: I like this blouse and it feels well-made with good seams, cuffs and hem. It's comfortable as a mid-weight blouse and can be worn either untucked or tucked into pants. Good for work wear. I recommend washing on gentle cycle, possibly also using a delicates bag, and hung to dry. Overall, 5/5 Stars
